INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES & SUPPORT

School leaders are encountering growing difficulties in filling positions and providing teacher support, making it more critical than ever to retain first-year teachers. We will work to empower your new teachers to develop the skills necessary to become excellent, reflective, and successful teachers. We will assist teachers in navigating the challenges experienced during each phase of a beginning teacher’s career. Additionally, we will provide self-care techniques to manage stress and prevent burnout among new and first-year teachers, and learn to avoid common mental pitfalls that often lead to teachers leaving the profession. Furthermore, we will assist with using effective classroom management strategies for new teachers and ways to maintain positive relationships with students.
